T series motor introduction
Overview
The T series industrial air compressor motor three-phase synchronous motors are engineered for driving fans, water pumps, motor-generator sets, and other general industrial machinery. The standard rated voltage is 10000V, with a 6000V option available upon request, operating at 50Hz with a rated power factor of 0.9 (leading). Full-voltage direct starting is permitted, requiring a starting resistor of 10 times the field winding resistance to be connected in series in the rotor circuit during startup. All large Synchronous motors fully comply with the national standard GB 755 Rotating Electrical Machines – Rating and Performance.

Construction & Design
These are horizontal-mounted industrial air compressor motors with multiple cooling methods: open self-ventilation, ducted/semi-ducted ventilation, and closed self-circulating ventilation. They are available in single or double shaft extensions, with a standard counterclockwise rotation from the collector end (reversible with modified fan blades).

Welded steel structure, fixed to a steel base plate with bearing pedestals.

Laminated from 0.5mm silicon steel sheets, secured to the frame with tension bolts.

Lap-wound, Class F insulated with anti-corona treatment, secured at ends and fully VPI vacuum-impregnated.
