ZDB Series Oil Pump DC Motor – Product Introduction
PUTAI ZDB series oilfield motors is a small-size DC brushed motor specifically designed for oil filed emergency oil pump applications (oil well pump motor). In compliance with JB/T 1104-68, this series shunt excited dc motor has 11 frame sizes ranging from #41 to #92.
Technical Features
The oilfield motors adopt shunt excitation mode with rated voltages of 110V or 220V(Or can be other voltage user required). The dc motor for drill machine offers excellent starting torque and smooth speed regulation, making it ideal for sudden load requirements in emergency systems. The frame is a compact and robust iron casting construction, while the armature uses 99.9% pure copper bars to ensure output power and efficiency. Insulation can be Class F or H, with protection grades of IP22/IP23 and IC01 cooling. Multiple mounting types including IMB3, B35, B5, and V1 are available.
