Production Process

We build all the motors from the rough & raw materials instead of buying half made ones.

Only great quality pure copper windings can be chosen for motor stators.

Over 6 processes are designed for promote the insulation performation.

Casting Aluminum rotor or copper bar rotor can be options when you ordering.

Rotors & Stators have to be VPI dip painted for over 24 hours or 48 hours(depending on its type) and then dried in the oven

Assembly & Test the motors before ex-factory.
