Production follows numerical control coil winding, mould hot pressing, interphase insulation wrapping, inter-turn voltage withstand detection, full vacuum pressure impregnation and high-temperature solidification step by step. Strict insulation layer thickness control eliminates air gap, improves overall tightness and dielectric stability, effectively restrains partial discharge and heat aging of windings.

Cooling System
Fitted with dual independent blower cooling system for forced ventilation. Separate cooling fans stabilize temperature under wide variable-speed conditions, effectively restrain excessive heat buildup at low-speed constant-torque running.
