- The TH-HVF series High Voltage Induction Inverter cabinet is a high-performance industrial frequency conversion device, integrated with advanced core technologies to provide reliable speed regulation and energy-saving solutions for heavy-duty industrial equipment. It adopts power unit series stacking technology, vector control technology and optimized PWM control algorithm, which can stably convert 50Hz grid voltage into 0~50Hz (60Hz) variable-frequency sinusoidal voltage and current, accurately adjusting motor speed to meet users' needs for speed regulation, energy saving of fans, pumps and other equipment, as well as production process improvement.
- Equipped with a power unit high-high scheme and multi-winding high-voltage phase-shifting transformer, the High Voltage Induction Inverter ensures that the secondary winding current forms a sinusoidal waveform after superposition on the primary side, achieving a power factor of over 0.95 and an overall efficiency of more than 98%. Its multilevel converter design reduces harmonic amplitude through superposition, with input free of harmonic pollution and output harmonic distortion less than 2%, exceeding the requirements of the IEE519 international standard for power quality.
To enhance system reliability, each power unit is equipped with a bypass circuit, which can automatically detect faults and bypass failed units to ensure continuous operation. This High Voltage Induction Inverter also integrates reliable current oscillation suppression algorithm to avoid system protection triggered by overcurrent or overvoltage during light load or no-load operation. Additional core functions include flywheel start (speed tracking start) for smooth startup under external force rotation, free switching between constant and variable frequency without protection shutdown, and multi-machine master-slave control for power balance in scenarios such as belt conveyors and elevators, making it an ideal choice for various industrial occasions.
