Introduction of Z2 DC Motor
- Z2 series of small size DC motor (220V DC motor) is general industrial DC motor with brushed commutator. The constant power speed regulation range does not exceed 2:1, supports smooth speed regulation, and is suitable for industrial scenarios requiring stable speed control such as metal cutting machine tools, paper making, and printing.

Produced with standardized stamping, precision coil winding and strict commutator finishing, all parts go through full inspection before assembly. Finished motors run aging testing offline. Such elaborate craft guarantees smooth commutation, low spark, stable operation and longer service life under continuous light-load running.
- This small brushed motor supports horizontal/vertical installation (various types such as B3, B35, V1), can use V-belt, spur gear, or flexible coupling drive, suitable for different equipment requirements.
- The excitation type is shunt exciting and rated voltage is 110v or 220v . It can be made with functions of anti-humidity, anti salt fog of hot and humid zone (TH) small brushed motor.
