YE3 Introduction
The YE3 series motor is an ultra-efficient and energy-saving three-phase asynchronous motor independently developed by PUTAI company. Adopting the IC411 cooling method, this motor complies with GB/T 755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Motors" in terms of performance, while its efficiency meets the Level 1 energy efficiency standard specified in GB18613-2020, which is consistent with the IE3 level in the international standard IEC60034-30 "Energy Efficiency Classification of Single-speed Three-Phase Cage Induction Motors". As an upgraded and optimized product, this series can fully replace the Y series, YGM series, YGM2 series and YE2 series low-voltage three-phase asynchronous energy efficient motors.
The motor housing is made of high-strength gray cast iron, and its coils are wound with high-quality corrosion-resistant copper wire. It features an IP55 protection level, in line with both GB/T 4942.1 and IEC 60034-5 standards. Its installation dimensions comply with the IEC 60072 standard electric motor efficiency and the national standard GB/T 4772.1. With the IC411 cooling method, the motor is suitable for continuous operation under the S1 duty cycle, boasting the advantages of low energy loss, high efficiency, compact structure, stable operation, low vibration, low noise, long service life, as well as easy operation and maintenance. It is widely applicable to machine tools, water pumps, fans, compressors, reducers, and can also be used for mechanical transmission equipment in transportation, mixing, printing, agricultural machinery, food processing and other fields.
The motor is equipped with a single shaft extension as standard; however, a double shaft extension can be customized according to user requirements. The second shaft extension is also capable of transmitting rated power, with the only requirement that it must be driven by a coupling.
