This project focuses on the customized replacement of TECO DC motors for an Asian metallurgy plant. The client needed high-performance, fully compatible DC motors to replace the original TECO motors used in metallurgical production equipment, requiring strict consistency with the original motor installation dimensions and customized operating parameters to adapt to harsh and continuous industrial working conditions. We provided professional customized DC motor solutions tailored to the client's special power, speed, voltage and structural configuration requirements. The customized motor is equipped with a matching encoder, heating device, PT100 temperature detection module and special cooling blower, featuring stable operation, high safety and strong compatibility, which perfectly meets the long-term continuous operation demand of metallurgical production lines.
